Real Fair Trade operates a full refund and return policy. If your item is damaged or unsatisfactory we will make it right at no cost to you. We will happily refund the cost of the product on any returns, but are not liable for postage if the product is in the described condition and the customer has simply changed their mind.
We do not profit on shipping and in order to make the right calculation of cost, shipping is determined by zip code. We are based on the West Coast of America so naturally the cost to ship larger parcels and packages will entirely depend on your location.
Local customers can utilize our 'In Store Pickup' option. This can be selected during checkout, please however use the text box provided entitled 'Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order' to make us aware of which location you will collect the goods. All items are shipped in professional packaging with bubble wrap, packing peanuts and include a printed pamphlet explaining where the product was made and the material it has been carved or woven from.
If you are buying multiple items and giving them as gifts we include a pamphlet for every single item unless you request otherwise.
